Half a Lamb / Shearling

Our Lambs and Shearlings are born and raised on our Organic Farm, living only on Pasture and no concentrates. Try our half a lamb box, allowing you to get a full variety of what lamb or shearling has too offer. You can expect the following from your box: 8-9kg meat

- Chops
- Rack
- Small Leg Joint
- Leg Steaks
- Shoulder Boned & Rolled
- Diced
- Mince

Please allow atleast a week for your half a lamb, so we can ensure we have the stock suitable. If you have any specific requirements, please let us know in the space provided.
